How do I return an item?
Please contact customer service for more specific information on returning an item and to receive your RMA number. You must have an RMA number prior to returning an item.
Your complete satisfaction is our ultimate goal. You may return any unused items keeping the following in mind:
You should return the item to us within 30 days of receipt.
We do not accept items back that have been opened or used unless the product is damaged or defective
We'll also provide free return shipping if your return is the result of our error (damaged, defective, or incorrect item, etc.). A re-stocking fee will be applied on all returns over $200.
Once your return has been received, a credit or refund will be issued within 30 days and an e-mail confirmation will be sent.
